Whether you're struggling with the effects of past experiences or navigating challenges in the present, our goal is to help you gain insight, heal, and build a life that feels more balanced, authentic, and fulfilling.

Individual sessions typically last between 50-60 minutes. We do offer extended sessions, if needed.

While our practice is primarily private pay, we are in-network with select insurance providers for Georgia residents. 

If we do not participate with your insurance plan, you may still be eligible to receive reimbursement through your out-of-network benefits.

Because coverage varies by plan, we recommend contacting your insurance provider prior to scheduling to confirm your out-of-network mental health benefits.

We offer a limited number of reduced-fee opportunities based on availability. These services are not guaranteed and are considered on a case-by-case basis. You are welcome to inquire about current availability.

We offer clinical supervision for master’s-level clinicians, including Licensed Associate Professional Counselors (LAPCs) working toward LPC licensure in Georgia. Supervision is particularly suited for clinicians working with trauma-impacted populations and focuses on clinical development, case conceptualization, professional identity, ethical practice, and culturally responsive, trauma-informed care.

Redefined Mind provides consultation for professionals, organizations, and systems seeking support with clinical practice, trauma-informed care, culturally responsive services, professional development, and related mental health initiatives. Consultation services are tailored to the needs of each individual or organization.

The fee varies based on the service and needs required. We strongly suggest booking a discovery call to discuss a tailored package to meet your needs.
