Clinical supervision hub

Supervision for Georgia APCs & License-Eligible Clinicians

Clinical supervision designed to nurture competent clinicians through intentional practice, confidence, and cultural awareness.

Whether you are building confidence as a new clinician, strengthening your clinical voice, or navigating the emotional demands of the field, supervision should feel intentional, meaningful, and not simply something to check off a list

My approach to clinical supervision is reflective, supportive, and growth-oriented.

Supervision Shapes the Clinician You Become

Great clinicians are not simply born with skill — they are developed through curiosity, self-awareness, intentional growth, and meaningful supervision.

Clinical supervision is more than collecting hours toward licensure. It is an opportunity to strengthen clinical confidence, deepen case conceptualization skills, and develop a professional identity that is both ethical and sustainable. My goal is to provide a supervision experience that challenges, supports, and equips clinicians to navigate the realities of therapeutic work with intention and authenticity.

I believe strong supervision creates space for reflection, honest dialogue, clinical growth, and self-awareness.

Developing as a clinician also requires learning how to care for yourself while caring for others, particularly when serving high-needs or historically marginalized communities.

Approach to Clinical Supervision

Our supervision approach is collaborative, reflective, and grounded in intentional clinical development. We aim to create a supportive environment where clinicians feel both challenged and encouraged as they grow in their skills and confidence.

Supervision my include:

  • Clinical skill development, case conceptualization, and documentation
  • Clinical skills review and evaluation through session recordings, role plays, live observation, and other experiential methods
  • Collaborative case consultation and clinical decision-making
  • Ethical decision-making and risk management
  • Trauma-informed and culturally responsive clinical practice
  • Self-of-the-therapist exploration and self-reflective practices
  • Professional identity, career development, and clinical confidence
  • Burnout prevention, boundaries, and professional sustainability

Supervision with us is intended to be supportive, reflective, and growth-oriented. I value authenticity, curiosity, and reflective practice within the supervisory relationship and strive to cultivate a space where clinicians can openly process challenges, ask questions, and continue evolving in their work.

THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE GETTING STARTED

  • Supervision groups are intentionally kept small, typically 3–4 supervisees, to support meaningful participation, individualized feedback, and clinical development.

  • Supervision is offered as an ongoing monthly professional relationship rather than per-session scheduling. Supervisees meet regularly according to their selected supervision option to support consistent clinical development and progress toward licensure requirements.

  • Monthly fees reserve your placement in supervision and are not based on the number of sessions attended during a given month.

Build the Foundation for the Clinician You’re Becoming

Meaningful supervision can shape not only how you practice, but how you sustain yourself within the profession. Whether you are seeking guidance, confidence, or a supportive space to grow, supervision can provide the foundation for intentional and impactful clinical work.
